I'm a Rutgers undergraduate finishing a B.S. in Information Technology & Informatics, with a master's in Human-Computer Interaction following on through the 4+1 accelerated program. My interests sit at the intersection of UX research, product strategy, and the operational side of how technology actually gets used.
I like research that turns into shipped decisions. Most of my projects start with finding pain points — through interviews, contextual support, or just paying close attention to where workflows break down — and end with prototypes, plans, or process changes that move a measurable number.
I co-direct a marching band colorguard, work as a staff tech for a winterguard ensemble, and spend a probably-unhealthy amount of time reorganizing my own systems and tools.
